BAUT Backstage is the pop-up restaurant of BAUT, located above the main entrance of the Ziggo Dome. BAUT was founded in 2012 as an ambitious project by chef and entrepreneur Michiel van der Eerde and his team. With his creative vision for gastronomy and hospitality, Michiel transformed BAUT into a renowned name in Amsterdam. Known from TV shows such as MasterChef Netherlands and Snackmasters, Michiel brings his expertise, innovation, and passion for food to unique locations and culinary experiences.

Reservations are required and can be made easily through our online booking system.
