This world tour celebrates the 40th revolutionary year of the world’s longest-running musical, with a breathtaking new design specially created for arenas. Starter: Irish beef tartare, egg yolk cream, basil, bone marrow, crostini

Main course: Diamond beef, pont neuf potatoes, tutti frutti, onion cream, port shallot, port jus

Dessert: “Apple pie,” apple, caramel, pecan, Scottish whisky foam
