The maestro of the waltz returns! On Friday, January 10, and Saturday, January 11, 2025, you can enjoy a magical New Year’s concert at the Ziggo Dome. This concert brings the festive atmosphere of the new year to life with beautiful waltzes inspired by the music of Johann Strauss and other greats, combined with popular songs and timeless classics. An unforgettable evening filled with music and elegance. The three-course menu for this two-day event playfully nods to the Limburg legend, with subtle references to his roots.

On the table: Bread with butter

Starter: Marinated and fried Brussels sprouts (V), smoked almond cream, strained yogurt, ricotta, preserved lemon

Main Course: Pike-perch, sauerkraut, Noilly Prat beurre blanc

Dessert: “Vlaai,” cherry, cinnamon
